Remember these if you want to get the lower power bill for AC

The cooling system (AC) is one of the largest electricity / energy users in your home. If you have an older AC unit with SEER rating below 8, you should consider replacing it with a more energy-efficient AC. Your money spent on the new air conditioner will come back within a few years of the electricity savings. Perform routine maintenance on your air conditioning unit. Replace or clean filter, wash outdoor and indoor unit regularly, maximum every three months.
